Last Friday, the MP for Chelsea and Fulham, Greg Hands, visited Kenrick’s Wines on Wandsworth Bridge Road.
New to Fulham, this local business uniquely classifies its wines by flavour rather than location, helping customers discover lesser-known wine regions, including wines ranging from Turkish and Spanish to even Slovak and Slovene.
Kenrick’s selection, however, is not just limited to wines as this independent shop offers unusual spirits, craft beers, aperitif and even cigars.
Greg Hands MP met with both Kenrick and Rudi, who run the place and was given a tour of the shop, which included ‘The Blue Room’ where wine tasting sessions, supper clubs and classes for those who want to discover more about wine are held.
Commenting on his visit, Greg Hands MP said:
“It was a pleasure to meet both Kenrick and Rudi and see the great selection of wines that this local business has to offer.
This is a fantastic addition to South Fulham, and I encourage local residents to go out and try some of the great wine and beer at Kenrick’s.”
